A Joint SOPC and Officers' Mess Event

A NATO version of the Famous Diner en Blanc

June 6th @ 1730 hrs. Participants will be informed about the place of the event shortly beforehand.

This event is meant for the pleasure of members of the SOPC and HQ SACT Officers’ Mess. Members of each group are permitted one partner. the limit is 160. This is an adult affair, no persons under 21 years of age are permitted. The event will be held at HQ SACT.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Registration for this event will be done by SOPC. Please ask your spouses or partners that are members of SOPC to register you.

2. If your spouse or partner is not a member of SOPC, please email Denise at Denise.Walton@nato.int or Rasa at Rasa.Pazarauskiene@nato.int. They will communicate your registration request with SOPC.

Le Dîner en Blanc et Bleu requires from the participants an exemplary citizenship and discipline. Use this link https://dinerenblanc.com/ to get a better understanding of the event. Here are the main rules:

• Guests commit to attend, rain or shine, no matter the circumstance.
• Simply snazzy … we will dress in white and/or blue. Originality is encouraged, as long as it remains snazzy and fun. No blue jeans. Gentlemen must have a collared shirt.
• Bring your own picnic basket with your dinner and drinks. You may bring alcohol.
• Drink responsibly. Champagne or wine are the normal.
• Plates, cutlery, and glasses will be provided along with a welcome drink, and hors d'oeuvres.
• Tables are for eight. If you wish to sit with another couple you must say who they are when you register. We will not adjust the tables later. 
• Clean up: Take all your garbage with you and clean the area around your table.
• A professional photographer is employed for the event and all photographs may be used for future marketing purposes without prior permission of attendees.
